Welcome to Humanology 101, a holistic wellness and counseling practice offering in-person and virtual services. Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before engaging with our website or booking any services. By accessing this site or participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms of use.

1. General Disclaimer

Humanology 101 provides wellness-based counseling and support services rooted in addiction recovery, personal development, and holistic mental health approaches. While our services are delivered by a California state-certified addiction counselor, they are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 911 or contact a licensed mental health professional immediately.

2. Eligibility & Participation

To participate in our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide truthful, complete information during the intake and counseling process and to participate in good faith.

3. Payment & Scheduling Policies

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees for services will be clearly stated before booking.
Missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
All payments are processed securely. Humanology 101 does not store credit card information.

4. Service Modifications

Humanology 101 reserves the right to change or discontinue services, schedules, pricing, or policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly through our website or directly to active clients.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on this website; including text, graphics, logos, videos, and downloadable resources; are the property of Humanology 101 and are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, share, or use these materials for commercial purposes without express written permission.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

7. Limitation of Liability

By using this website or participating in any Humanology 101 services, you agree that Humanology 101 and Kevin Zeiden are not liable for any damages arising from your participation, including but not limited to emotional distress, delays, miscommunications, or technical issues during virtual sessions.

We reserve the right to discontinue services with any participant if their conduct is abusive, threatening, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County, California.
